TET Sampan respects your privacy. We collect only the limited information needed to operate and improve the website, such as essential technical information provided by your browser. We do not create student accounts, sell personal information, or knowingly collect sensitive personal data from visitors.
Website visits and technical information
Our hosting service processes connection information needed to deliver pages and protect the website. Our visit statistics record the date, page path, view count and a pseudonymous visitor identifier derived from the IP address and browser information. This identifier is not a student account. Hosting logs may also contain IP addresses and request details.
Quizzes and app practice
You can read website lessons and take website quizzes without creating a student account. Website quiz responses can be represented in the page URL, which may remain in browser history or appear in a shared link. The TET Bangla practice service uses a device identifier and stores attempts, answers, scores and progress to support practice history. Clearing browser data and clearing saved practice history are separate actions.
Browser storage and notifications
Cookies and browser storage support site preferences, practice features and publisher sign-in. If you choose to enable browser notifications, we store the push subscription endpoint and associated keys to send updates. You can stop notifications in your browser’s site-permission settings. Revoking permission does not necessarily erase the stored subscription immediately.
Advertising and external services
Where Google advertising services are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, personalise and measure advertising, subject to applicable consent choices. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and manage preferences through My Ad Center. External websites and Google Play apply their own privacy policies.
Contact, retention and security
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond or investigate the reported issue. Please do not send passwords, financial details or unnecessary personal information. We retain operational records while needed to run, secure and maintain the service; there is no single automatic deletion period for all records. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell personal information.
Privacy questions and deletion requests
Email contact@tetsampan.in to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. Describe the relevant service or practice record so we can identify it. The site is intended primarily for teacher-examination candidates; please contact us if a child has supplied personal information that should be removed.
